Transnational Project Meetings
Partner meetings to coordinate module development, review pilots, and align the NVC Game work plan across Türkiye, Germany, Italy, Estonia, and Portugal.
Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs) are the backbone of NVC Game coordination. Under WP1, partners track the work plan, share pilot evidence, review module quality, and align decisions before each implementation phase — in person and online, hosted by different consortium members.
