Kick-off Meeting — Online

The Kick-off Meeting of the NVC Games Project was held online on 5 November 2025, bringing together all partner institutions from Türkiye, Portugal, Germany, Italy and Estonia.

During the meeting, coordinated by Kastamonu University, the partner teams introduced their institutions and their roles within the project. The consortium reviewed the project's context and objectives — addressing peer bullying and communication breakdowns in schools through Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and gamification — and presented the main planned outputs: six educational modules, a learning platform, a mobile application and an e-book.

Partners also discussed the work packages, the co-creation methodology that involves teachers throughout the development and piloting of the modules, and the proposed timetable, which was shared with all partners for review and approval as the first step of the implementation phase.
