Our Objectives

Aligned with the Erasmus+ application, NVC Game pursues five interconnected objectives:

1

Core NVC Competencies (OFNR)

Develop students' and educators' mastery of Observations, Feelings, Needs, and Requests — enabling clearer, less judgmental communication in everyday school situations.

2

Empathy & Active Listening

Strengthen empathy, active listening, and perspective-taking so learners and staff can better understand one another across cultural and personal differences.

3

Conflict Resolution & Anti-Bullying

Promote interests-based, non-punitive conflict resolution and practical anti-bullying strategies rooted in dignity and mutual respect.

4

Teacher Professional Development

Provide structured professional development, classroom toolkits, and assessment frameworks so teachers can confidently deliver NVC-aligned practice.

5

Inclusive Digital Learning

Ensure inclusive, accessible, and scalable digital learning — with accessibility-first design and resources adaptable across partner countries and languages.
