Start-up Meeting — Kastamonu University

The NVC Games Project Start-up Meeting was held at Kastamonu University on 4 February 2026 with the participation of Kastamonu University and Kastamonu MEM.

During the meeting, the project timeline and planned activities were shared with the participants. The team also discussed the distribution of responsibilities and tasks among project members to ensure effective coordination throughout the implementation process.

In addition, participants were informed about the next project meeting, including its planned scope and upcoming steps. The meeting provided an opportunity for the Kastamonu University team to review the project process and coordinate responsibilities for the next phase.
