Pilot Milestones
Classroom pilots and testing phases where NVC Game modules are validated with students and teachers across Türkiye, Germany, Italy, Estonia, and Portugal.
Each of the six gamified NVC modules follows a development → pilot → review cycle under WP2. Partner schools run classroom pilots, collect learner feedback and assessment data, and feed results into TPM reviews and module revisions.

How Pilots Support the Project
Aligned with the WP2 module timetable (Cultivating Peaceful Communities.pdf, Project & WP Summary.pdf).
What pilots deliver
- Evidence on OFNR learning outcomes, empathy, and judgment-to-observation accuracy in real classrooms.
- Structured feedback from teachers, students, and pilot facilitators after each module phase.
- Pilot evaluation reports and revisions before modules are finalized and openly disseminated.
- Integration with gamification analytics on Moodle and the companion mobile app.
Pilot rhythm (2026–2027)
- Modules 1 & 2 classroom pilot — partner schools, 6–24 April 2026; evaluation 1–5 June 2026 (Portugal).
- Module 3 pilot — September–October 2026; online review hosted by Italy.
- Module 4 pilot — December 2026 (Italy).
- Module 5 pilots — Estonia, February–March 2027.
- Module 6 pilots — Kastamonu MEM, May–June 2027.
