Training Workshops
In-service teacher training and hands-on workshops preparing educators to deliver NVC Game modules in partner schools across Türkiye, Germany, Italy, Estonia, and Portugal.
Under WP4 (Teacher Professional Development) and WP2 pilots, consortium partners run blended in-service training: structured PD, classroom toolkits, NVC activity book orientation, and implementation workshops before each module pilot.

- Preliminary in-service training — partner countries, December 2025–January 2026.
- Teacher & school leader PD — Portugal, 9 March–20 April 2026.

Preliminary In-Service Training
Consortium-wide introductory training for participating teachers and school leaders before Module 1 development — NVC foundations, project tools, and pilot preparation.
Module 1 Framework Workshop — Educators
Develop objectives, content, materials, assessments, and sample gamification for Module 1 (Words That Build Bridges: Foundations of NVC) with Kastamonu University pedagogy leads.
Teacher & School Leader Professional Development
WP4 in-service training for project participant teachers and school leaders: structured PD, classroom toolkits, assessment frameworks, and NVC activity book orientation (João de Deus Association, Portugal).
Modules 1 & 2 — Pilot Implementation Workshop
Present, implement sample activities, and evaluate Module 1–2 classroom pilots with participating teachers ahead of the summer TPM review in Kastamonu.
Module 5 — Present & Initial Implementation
Introduce Module 5 (Words that Heal: Language for Dignity, Inclusion, and Cultural Sensitivity) to teachers and begin initial classroom implementation with Estonian pilot schools.
Module 5 — Implementation & Evaluation
Hands-on implementation and structured evaluation of Module 5 pilots with teachers and school teams at Kohtla-Järve Maleva Põhikool.
Module 6 — Present to Teachers (Anti-Bullying / OFNR)
Present the finalized Module 6 (The OFNR Time Machine: Anti-Bullying Edition) and teacher toolkit to Turkish pilot schools — led by Kastamonu MEM.
Module 6 — School Implementation Day
Whole-school implementation day for Module 6 in Turkish pilot schools, with classroom activities, facilitator support, and evidence collection for final review.
