Under WP4 (Teacher Professional Development) and WP2 pilots, consortium partners run blended in-service training: structured PD, classroom toolkits, NVC activity book orientation, and implementation workshops before each module pilot.

- Hands-on practice with gamified OFNR activities before school pilots begin.

Training rhythm (2026–2027)
- In-service training for teachers and school leaders — all partners, from 19 January 2026, completed by the 1st TPM.
- Module 1 framework workshop — Kastamonu University, 13–16 February 2026.
- Module presentations to pilot teachers — Portugal (Module 2, June 2026), Kastamonu (Module 3, September 2026), Italy (Module 4, February 2027), Estonia and Kastamonu (Modules 5 and 6, May 2027).
