Module 1 Framework Workshop — Educators

The Module 1 Framework Workshop of the NVC Games Project was held at Kastamonu University from 13 to 16 February 2026 with the participation of 13 school guidance counsellors working in Kastamonu.

The workshop was organised as a training-of-trainers programme focusing on Module 1: “Words That Build Bridges: Foundations of NVC.” The training was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Rıfat Kayış and Assist. Prof. Dr. Burcu Karabulut Coşkun.

During the programme, participants were introduced to the fundamental principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and explored the objectives, content, learning materials, assessment methods, and sample gamification activities designed for Module 1. The sessions also provided opportunities to discuss how these elements could be effectively implemented in educational settings.

At the end of the training programme, certificates of participation were presented to all participants.
